Because of the regional differences of the NOx emission limit for ULE coal-fired industrial boilers, some denitrification facilities with low efficiency are still used. The denitrification technologies applied in coal-fired industrial boilers are mainly from the coal-fired power plants due to the similar combustion features, namely SNCR and SCR.
